Kiwi Fruit and Vegetable Juice Recipe for Dry Skin

Kiwi fruit can help in protecting the skin from dry elements while both cabbage and cucumber are great in helping to provide moisture to the skin.  This healthy juicing recipe is hence very beneficial for those with dry skin problem.

Ingredients
  • 2 kiwi fruits
  • 1 Japanese cucumber
  • 2 big cabbage leaves
  • Honey to taste
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
Method
  1. Peel kiwi fruit and cut into pieces.
  2. Cut both Japanese cucumber and cabbage into pieces
  3. Place kiwi fruit, cucumber and cabbage into a juicer and process until well-blended.
  4. Strain the fruit and vegetable juice out into a glass.
  5. Add honey and lime juice, stir well and serve.
