Mixed Fruit Juice Recipe To Improve Immune System

This healthy mixed fruit juice recipe contains lime which contains high vitamin C and milk which is high in vitamin B2.  Both these vitamins can help to increase cell activity and improve immune system.

Ingredients
  • 100 grams apple
  • 40 grams honeydew
  • 60 grams peach
  • 5 cherries
  • 300 grams red watermelon
  • 50 ml fresh milk
  • ¼ cup crushed ice
  • Honey to taste
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
Method
  1. Peel apple, remove both the core and seeds then cut into pieces.
  2. Cut honeydew into half, remove the seeds, cut into strips and remove the skin.
  3. Peel peach and remove the seeds.
  4. Soak cherries in salt water for a few minutes, remove seeds and stems.
  5. Cut watermelon into half, remove seeds and skin
  6. Place apple, honeydew, peach, cherries, watermelon and fresh milk into a juicer and blend for about 15 minutes at low speed.
  7. Pour out fruit juice into a glass, add crushed ice, honey and lime juice, stir well and serve.
